Enviro Warrior - Wake up and smell the Homus ... then tread lightly upon the planet.

Intermission : An Eco-Cure For Fatigue.

Night-cap of moonlight,
Half-dose of dew,
Crystals of star-shine,
Raindrops, a few…

Skyful of sunsets,
Clear draughts of dawn,
Taste of the winds,
Scent of mowed lawn;

Eyeful of mountains,
Balm of a tree,
Essence of flowers,
All of the sea.

Measure of sunshine,
Distilled drops of mist,
Baskets of berries,
Dew-washed,
… and Sun-kissed.

Syrup of contentment
Mulled in the sun,
Cisterns of silence
Sipped one by one.

Thank you Jessica,

It is wonderful and I find that just reading it makes me feel so at-peace... and I remember what is really important ... so very refreshing in today's world of so many distractions.

I am glad if everyone gets to enjoy it too, well done on passing it on.

Hi Mis,

My pleasure sweetie, I hope it also gave you a chance to take a breath and perhaps...sigh. It sure refreshes me just reflecting on the words, let alone actually getting outside to sip some of this stuff personally.

Full moon coming up over here on Saturday night ... ha ha aha it's funny to think it is full moon there too....*chuckle* but a good moon-bake is essential for fatigue.

I usually end up out on the trampoline with both daughters watching the stars if it's clear or making animal shapes out of the clouds if they are about... hopefull not too many and hopefully not rain... but it is a wet summer for us, no doubts... I am left to wonder if that means a cold winter for you guys this year as La Nina heads out across the globe.

rug up warm.
