In Search Of Moldavite.
Hailed as the next mineral to evolve and help mankind expand its consciousness (as time speeds up for the next stage of earths development ~ aka 2012), a natural indigenous healer friend of mine suggested I should track some down for my own *healing kit.* So I put out the request and waited for opportunities and signs (as one does). As it happens, I was lucky enough to have been in Canberra last weekend on a mission of conscious consciousness expansion, attending an Ancient Wisdom, Hidden Knowledge Expo, put together by a friend of mine.
There were some exciting local and international speakers, tribal meditations and cutting edge films on offer, which I didnt want to miss. Unfortunately, the Mitchell Hedges Crystal Skull (as seen in the Indiana Jones Movie), didnt make it as planned, because Bill Honnmans father died and he had to return to the States. Sad, but he promises to return next year, and the weekend still offered many new views of our earth and our universe that blew the mind ... certainly not a flat earth in my mind anymore thats for sure.
I will spend the next few posts exploring many of the things and how they offered so much hope to the envirowarrior, our planet and future, as we thankfully turn the final page on a very dirty chapter in earths history.
But for now, I will continue with my search for Moldavite and the amazing power of synchronicity that exists within it, and within a universe that is alive and totally intelligent.
One such speaker at the convention, was eminent local Canberra physicist, Wal Thornhill, who changed my life when he presented his groundbreaking discovery of an Electric Universe (from his current book of the same name). That is to say, that gravity is not the major controlling force of the universe, more powerful than that, is Plasma (electricity). The universe and earth is alive with the stuff. The sun is made of it, reflects it and the rivers and marks on Mars (and other planets) bear testament to it, as does Mythology and Thors Thunder, which is painted as a scientific replica of the absolute shape of plasma spirals when discharging?
The craters we *see* are created by the discharge of enormous energy, not impact compression, the former simply vaporising meteoric material and earthly rock into a gas, propelling it high into the atmosphere. This gaseous material cools and condenses into a liquid glass, which rains down on the crater and surrounding areas. A cool green silicon and oxide mixture, which in this case is ... you guessed it, my Moldavite.
Science Fiction?
Maybe, maybe not. Certainly not, when you have seen all the evidence Wal puts forward, or are aware of Tesla/s work on free energy. Follow the links to the Electric universe Site and check it out for yourselves.
The point is that on Saturday afternoon I broke away from the Symposium to go and check out a Gem Show that was in town that same weekend. There I met the most amazing man from the Czech. Republic, who had Moldavite coming out of his ears! (Dont you just love synchronicity). What I didnt know then (of course) was how Moldavite came about, that is until this fellow tried to convince me that it was a part of the meteorite, which struck the planet 20 million years ago? ...um... well, maybe not...?
It is irrelevant, because having personally worked with crystals for years, my research has revealed many estimated time dates on most forms of this species. no different to this supposed meteorite which *hit* the Bohemian Plateau of the Czech Republic, in the region of the Moldau river (giving Moldavite its name), including; 15.1 billion years ago, 14.8 billion years ago and 18 million years ago. I guess it proves that we just dont know and that is that.
My new Czech. friend didnt know for sure either, guesstimating about 20 million from his local village folklore. However, he sure knew what it could do, because he had been digging it up for a while now and in a tirade of energy, bad breath and broken English, this New Age miner managed to relay to me the transformations and miracles he had performed (and seen) since being surrounded by the substance itself.
A fusion of cooled meteorite, ancient raw cosmic plasma blast and earthly rock, now almost as valuable as gold, and quite soon to be extinct by sheer virtue of the fact that meteorites dont happen past our planet every day.
Gosh was this going to be expensive?
Indeed. I quickly learned that the price of this stuff varies from $6 per gram to $200 depending on quality.
WHERE TO GET MOLDAVITE ON LINE
Perhaps the best range I have seen of beautifully crafted Moldavite is available online from the ARKADIAN COLLECTION
Moldavite is a part of the family of Tektites, all formed by exploding/vapourised meteorites, and also rather rare and expensive. These busted up bits of space rock (Tecktites) are said to carry the energies of a number of extraterrestrial streams of communication and information in them. (Black) Tektites are found in Tibet, North America, Africa, Australia, China and Indochina. I managed to score a little piece from the Australian outback, which incidentally looks like a piece of Kangaroo poo! I got it from a fellow who was online trying to get the current price for it, obviously flustered and unable to decide on its value, but aware it was valuable despite its lack of lustre. The Aboriginals call this stuff Maban, which means *Magic.* In India it is called Saimantakimai, or the sacred gem of Krishna. The Sanskrit word for it is agni mani, which translates as *fire pearls* or *tear drops from the moon*. The Chinese call them *Inkstones to the Thundergod.*
Tektite has similar properties to Moldavite, but focuses more on telepathy and you dont need as much grounding. However, be warned, Moldavite literally lifts you out of your body and our third dimensional earth plane, no joke. It is VERY trippy stuff and probably not advisable to use when you are drinking, as it will increase the effects of alcohol. Hell you wont need substances at all, if you get a piece big enough .. and is undetectable by RBT. Place it against your skin, (over your heart) and be prepared to take off! It is recommended that you only have it against you for one hour each day / for five days, until you get used to it (least you end up in the funny farm). For those already meditating regularly, (or in the funny farm), it can deepen the experience ten/fold when worn during meditation.
I bought about nine (9) grams of high grade beautiful dark green Moldavite. A long, thin, twisted piece, about 4cm by 1cm and managed to bargain a bit on the price.

ive never been one to keep crytals and minerals and stones and such as ornaments, even though ive seen some fine looking samples
but i do wear a magnetic polished "iron ore" ring . . . half for its beauty and half for its magical powers! haha
i actually like its symbolism, they crack and shatter quite easily if you drop them because the iron ore is so brittle . . . its a bit like your quote above "tread lightly upon the planet" and take it easy with your own body, if your behaviour can smash the ring imagine what it does to your person . . . and yes ive already smashed two lol

My Dad is a HUGE believer in this, it extends into every aspect of life, he even charges or uncharges his water (I am never sure) He has lots of gadgets to harness/deflect (again not sure) these energies.

I love the image you paint with the symbolism. Hematite/iron ore is brilliant for grounding and one of the stones recommended to use with Moldavite for that reason.
In matters of practicality, Hematite/Iron ore is unparalled in offering up its decision making skills, as is the ability to purify the blood and help you stave of dis/ease. Wonderful for the central nervous system and calming the emotional fields of the body.

How lucky you are to have a Dad that is interested and not accusing you of being kooky! These charged water treatments are called elixers and are very powerful in healing and balancing certain human conditions.
Interesting about the (black) diamonds, because no one is really clear on this stuff, yet. It baffles us all as it has the hardness of diamonds (for commercial applications), but is not really a diamond by definition (as it is not formed from *compression*), and when found in its natural state (as seen below), is classically *full of bubbles* ~ which again suggests heat/melting (possibly even volcanic) and not tektonic pressure?
Everything is conjecture where this one is concerned, thats for sure, even from the point of view of using it for healing/clearing.
Found only in Brazil and Africa, (so far) this rocks real name is Carbonado and the current theory of its origin is that it comes from outer space somehwere where there has been Super Nova activity? Again, it may well be a matter of changing opinion as to whether the meteorite it came here in, struck the earth or not, and for our purposes here not really relevant, but there is recent mention of them in the astro physics journals:

I am wary of what is said as concrete proof because it is usually always geared towards pandering to the commerical uses of these things and not their ability to heal mankind.

makes me remember, with some rage, the wonderful Australite my dad had, he gave it away one night to a friend of my eldest sister, it was about an inch and a half in diameter, ovoid is shape and extremely heavy.
He found it in the centre of Australia. I grew up surrounded by roacks, crystals and ancient fossils of all types, took it all for granted back then.

I am sorry to hear that, I had a great coin collection that went away during my parents divorce too. I mostly miss my 1801 (UK) penny.
Perhaps (like me) you could start collecting again. I would suggest you start with Amethyst and Rose Quartz, both particularly good for soothing rage, as is Angelite and Blue Lace Agate.
Perhaps a nice piece of Moldavite is exactly what you need?

Hey my sister procured me some Maldovite yesterday at the Body Mind and Spirit Fesitval at Darling Harbour, i think it was even the same guy, he only had three pieces left one was a necklace or something so I have a nice piece and told my sister to keep the other, just cleansing it now and am looking forward to trying it out, excited in fact.
Ill keep looking into the black diamonds, I actually have a ring made of them that I wear all the time and am extremely curious, I hadnt heard about the meteorite stuff when I had the ring made so the outcome will be interesting, thanks for al the info and for the Maldovite

Just reading your reply to Louie there - as I was saying today Zimbabwe has been well regarded as a landing site for ET`s - perhaps because of ethnic beliefe people in these untouched rural areas are more receptive to such happenings and open-minded enough to accept them. click here for some reading on the matter. It also documents the school sighting I was telling you about.
There is an eerie place we once visited on one of our History Society outings. Walking for km`s along this empty riverbed we came to an outcrop of granite along what would once have been the shoreline, nestled under a group of trees. It looked like an ordinary mound of rocks until closer inspection revealed what looked like eggs of some sort in the rock. (apparently there are only two places in the world where these have been found). I`ll have to dig out the photo`s to show you. There have been disappearances and bizarre things happening in this area for years
It`s all very exciting and all very terrifying at the same time.

Absolutely, couldnt agree more. Can you imagine the madness if one landed in Times Square or Queens Park? Pandemonium! Poor things would be shot on sight and all they wanted were directions. I can almost hear Dueling Banjos in the background of this scene. Not that its not all Terryfying, Im no heroine here. Mary Rodwell deals with this stuff all the time, debriefing those who remember ... some of her talks are amazing!
